Compact Micro Brewery: Priest Town Brewing
Priest Town Brewing wanted a micro brewery that would fit into a small space. We worked together with Ian the head brewer and owner to devise a full system that included our standard HLT and fermenters, plus a conversion of two vessels sourced by Ian into a Kettle and a Mash Tun.
