The T0300 is our smallest stainless-steel mash tun, with the ability to store 300 litres of product. It is the ideal choice for a start up brewer or distiller. The ability to underfill the tun makes it possible for users to be able to scale up to the full 300 litre capacity as and when required. The tun uses our signature covering of a 50mm thick, highly efficient foam insulation, ensuring that the tun only drops by 1-2°C during a 90-minute period.
Each tun has a 300mm manway door to allow for easy access to dispose of waste after use. To assist with drainage, a 1-inch outlet tap can be found at the base of the conical bottom of the tun. An analogue temperature gauge can be found next to the manway door.
A stainless false bottom can be found at the bottom of the tun, with 3mm holes to provide efficiency and stable water flow. A copper sparge arm is built into the lid, so the sparge cycle can be carried out without the need to remove the insulated lid, therefore preventing any heat loss.
