The F0750 fermenter tank has the capacity to ferment volumes of up to 750 litres of product. With the capacity of automatically stopping temperatures from spoiling products, the tank is made from stainless steel, and is able to assist the production of large batches.
Each tank contains a steel cooling plate, allowing for efficient and immediate cooling effects on temperatures within the tank to deploy a ‘crash cool’ system.
In addition to the crash cooling system, the tank comes complete with a wall mounted digital control panel, with a large display to show current temperatures within. Maximum temperatures can be set by the user, and controlled by the control panel. Once levels exceed the set temperature by more than 1°C, a cooling cycle will kick in.
