Delivery Terms & Conditions

All of the vessels we supply are shipped to customers using the pallet network known as Pallex. We’ve been partners with Pallex for a number of years, and their network can deliver to all parts of the UK and Europe. We never seek to make any profit from delivering your order with us, and we’ll pass on the current rate that the network charges. Prices vary according to distance, with postcodes in the East Midlands starting at £45 per pallet for a next day delivery, with longer distance pallets (e.g. Highlands & Islands) sometimes costing up to £120 for a 2-3 day transfer.

We take great lengths to ensure that your order will arrive in perfect condition, and we use a specialist type of bubble wrap (a type that the bubbles can’t be popped) to give the best possible protection for everything that we send out. Despite this, transit damage can sometimes occur. It is vital that customers are happy with the condition of their delivery before signing for acceptance of it as the pallet network will NOT accept any damage claims once the delivery has been signed for by yourselves upon receipt. Please ensure that you’re satisfied with the condition of your tanks BEFORE signing for them, as no claims for damage can be accepted after the driver has left you – this might require them to wait longer than they’d like to, but they’re paid to wait until you’re happy with the goods that you’re signing for.
